DOA POLICY

We offer full doa(dead on arrival) coverage. (not including the price of shipping). Claims must follow the doa checklist below.

DOA CHECKLIST

1.) Claims must be submitted within 2 hours of the the shippers posted drop off time.

2.) Send pictures of the original box, a clear picture(s) of original fish bag with fish in it and

3.) A description of the issues with the livestock

For example: if UPS marks the package dropped off at 12:05 pm you will need to send pictures of the original box, a clear picture(s) of original fish bag with fish in it and a description of the issues with the livestock all by 2:05 pm. All claims submitted after the 2 hour deadline will be declined. If all items on the doa checklist are not satisfactorily met the claim will be denied. Customer satisfaction is our priority so we will do what we can to fairly resolve any issues. We are not liable for any doa caused by delays of any type from the shipping company. I.e. fedex and ups.

All claims properly submitted will be considered. Any claims with fraudulent information or liability found on a party other then The World’s Oceans will be denied
